By joining the ZBiotics Affiliate Program (the “Program”), you signify your approval of these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not join the Program or engage with Superfiliate, the affiliate marketing system ZBiotics partners with to run the Program.
ZBiotics Company (”ZBiotics” or “We”) may update these Terms from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our privacy practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. By continuing to engage in the Program after these changes are posted, you agree to the revised policy.
By joining the Program, you also signify your approval of and agreement to be bound by ZBiotics’ Website Terms of Use and ZBiotics’ Privacy Policy. To the extent a subject is not specifically addressed in these Terms, the provisions of the Website Terms of Use shall apply. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Website Terms of Use, these Terms shall control with respect to your participation in the Program.
You are expressly forbidden from using Program links or codes in a manner that could lead to unauthorized aggregation, distribution, or exploitation of discounts across various platforms.
By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and agree that you are strictly prohibited from placing ZBiotics links or promotional codes on any websites or services dedicated to aggregating discounts, including but not limited to discount sites, browser extension tools, or similar platforms ("Discount Aggregation Platforms"). This restriction is in place to maintain the integrity of the Program and to prevent abuse or misuse of promotional materials. You are expressly forbidden from using ZBiotics links or codes in a manner that could lead to unauthorized aggregation, distribution, or exploitation of discounts across various platforms. Violation of this restriction may result in the immediate termination of access to the Program and may lead to legal action. ZBiotics reserves the right to monitor and enforce this restriction, taking appropriate action against any user found to be in breach of these terms. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with this restriction, and failure to do so may result in the termination of your account and other legal consequences. ZBiotics affirms it will not be obligated to fulfill any payment obligations to affiliates who have posted their links or codes on Discount Aggregation Platforms. ZBiotics reserves the right to withhold compensation or rewards for transactions associated with such activities.
You will not send any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, email, junk mail, spam, chain letters or other form of solicitation.
Any email communications you send in connection with the Program must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act (15 U.S.C. § 7701 et seq.), including but not limited to: using accurate header information and non-deceptive subject lines, identifying the message as an advertisement, including a valid physical postal address, providing a clear and conspicuous opt-out mechanism, and honoring opt-out requests within 10 business days.
Eligibility to participate in the Program is restricted to people located inside the United States. You may only participate in the Program and use the affiliate marketing system if you are based in the United States. If you are not based in the United States, we will remove you from the Program and have the right to withhold commission payment.
ZBiotics and its programs are not intended for children. You may only participate in the Program and use the affiliate marketing system if you are at least 21 years of age. If you are not 21 years of age, we will remove you from the Program and have the right to withhold commission payment.
You agree that you will comply with the affiliate language guidelines. Failure to do so may result in withholding of commission payments.
During participation in the Program, you may have opportunities to advertise ZBiotics products through affiliate links, referral links, and microsites. When you post this information, you agree to comply with applicable advertising laws, the FTC’s Endorsement Guides, social media advertising guidelines, and any other advertising or content guidelines that are applicable on the platforms where you advertise.
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with ZBiotics in every piece of content you create in connection with the Program. Your disclosure must be impossible to miss. Use #ad or #sponsored in a prominent position, or state the relationship verbally (e.g., “"I earn a commission if you purchase through my link”"). The disclosure must not be buried in hashtags, below the fold, or otherwise obscured. For video content, the disclosure must appear within the video itself, not only in the description or caption. For live streams, the disclosure must be repeated periodically throughout the broadcast. Disclosures must be legible and prominent on all devices, including mobile. Content that fails to include a clear disclosure violates these Terms.
